Would you pray for us if you think about it? My husband and I have some big decisions to make in the next few days about our adoption. I know it's not very nice to not give the details but I will when the time is right! Don't worry, we are still adopting!! Thanks!

I am praying for whatever your decision is- for God's wisdom.
Hi Jen,
I now have the Ethiopia dossier requirements! It doesn't look too bad. A few agency forms to sign, of course the I-171-H, home study, birth & marriage certs, police clearance letters, health ins co letter, 2 personal reference letters, employer reference letters, health certs, passport photos, & a letter to the Ethiopian government. So, really, nothing that we don't have now, just maybe we'll have to have our friends send a new letter as I don't think they can use the letters that were for our homestudy.
It will take some time to get it together, but I was prepared for a lot more stuff.
Are you going to switch countries? I have been praying for you. Once you are that far in the process if there are changes, that has to be hard to decide or to know which direction to go in.

Oh, thanks for the info (sorry to be nosy!).
A couple of months ago you had told me AGCI had a new Ethiopia program so I had emailed back and forth with a gal named Diana Cain and she was really nice. Their program sounds wonderful. If you do end up switching, from what you had previously blogged about Guatemala and what I know about AGCI's Ethiopia program, your wait time for your daughter shouldn't be any longer, so that's awesome!
I'll pray that you will make the right decision, I know it has to be hard once you've gotten this far with one program. It's really great that you're meeting with your pastors to get some wisdom and guidance, too. I'm praying!

Congrats on your new number! And it is almost spring, things are going to start moving.
