I finally got a chance to catch up on your blog. I love the new hairstyles (I would cry, too, if E2 got all her hair cut off). I am so glad to hear that your session with the attachment therapist went so well. I hope that when M goes to her forever family, they will take attachment seriously (although cognitively I'm not sure how much she "gets" about all the transitions anyway; My dh likens her to the character on Seinfeld who cried hysterically when her hot dog fell in the dirt, but wasn't fazed when her grandmother died). I, too, think your "down" sounds like an "up" and that you all are now truly on your way to healing. May God give you wisdom as you continue this journey :-)
