The Red Sea

Tonight we tried, for the very first time, Ethiopian Cuisine at the Red Sea in Ypsilanti (sp?)! And it was really good! DH and I took the kids out to experience a little bit of Ethiopia as we leave in 5 days and some 8 hours from now! Everyone tried the food and almost everyone really liked it. My "Elizabeth" didn't like much and ate a little bit of the lamb. That was what she liked best. "Troy" said that he could eat this stuff every nite...until he ate so much that now he has changed his mind. "Boo" my almost 3 year old, I think ate the most out of everyone! He loved the doro? (chicken) and the injera (the bread). I really liked the chicken and the lentels and the injera. "Elizabeth" thought the injera was nothing like taco shells! So on the way home we had to make a run to Taco Bell! LOL! I was proud that she tried it. We tried to get a family photo and I wanted to give it to our daughter's birth mom (we are making her a photo album) but it's not the best picture. What do you think?
