One year later....

Can you believe a whole entire year has passed by?? Our Major Cutie has been with us for a whole year now. We arrived on US soil on the 18th of August 2007. It has been a year full of growth in every way imaginable! MC has physically grown about 4 inches and gained 6 pounds. She wore a 2T when she came home and now wears a 4T! And her beautiful hair just keeps growing! We celebrated this gotcha day a few ways over a few days. On the date she arrived home last year we were in Michigan Adventure and we treated her to ice cream that she loves (she unfortunately is still allergic to dairy and it showed a few days later) but she loved eating the dippin dots! We then had friends and family over this past Sunday for an Ethiopian feast and pizza...MC's other favorite food (minus the cheese for her!!) Here's another picture parade...Can you see how very tiny her little face is? She was so, so much smaller than I was able to imagine. She never did prefer this sippy cup. It just didn't give her the goods fast enough. She really wanted the top off. So we took out the stopper thingy in the inside and she was a bit more satisfied...not really! LOL!It's funny to see her hands in her mouth here. This is something she really didn't do until the last two recent months. I'm not sure what has intiated this after being home so long. But now she will put her hands in her mouth when she is getting in trouble and has to tell what she was doing.

And a year later...
So sorry DH that your eyes where closed!! Miss B. being her nutty self!!
