Where in the world is Frankenmuth???

Frankenmuth, Michigan is a German community that is well, completely German. They have a wonderful CHRISTmas store that is open all year and filled with all things Christmas. Downtown is the Bavarian Inn Restuarants and it's many shops in the basement of this restuarant. That is where "Elizabeth" (and where Major Cutie wants to go on her birthday) to adopt their baby doll. You can find tons of information here www.frankenmuth.org or www.bavarianinn.com. It is a great place to tour if you ever come to Michigan, kind of along the middle part of the state. On the Frankenmuth.org site you can type in where you are coming from and they will tell you how far away you are. I think this is at the bottom left of the screen. The dolls that you adopt cost approx. $90. And the clothes that my neices and my daughter put on them are premie or 0-3 month cloths that they buy on clearance at Walmart!

Haven't been there in a while, but as a fellow Michigander I agree it's a cool place! I'll have to check out those dolls!
